To obtain the perfect mayonnaise you add an egg, a big tablespoon of mustard, 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water in a higher cup. Add 4dl of peanut oil and mix from the bottom to the top. Done!
You can pimp your mayonnaise to combine it with different dishes. You can add e.g. wasabi or soy sauce and glutamate to get an Eastern flavor. If you add dill, the sauce will combine perfectly with smoked salmon. In the mood for tartar sauce? Add some finely chopped shallots, capers and pickles to the mayonnaise.
