Make yourself at home & please do not disturb

With a warm text message Louis welcomes us to Raphael Suites in the Schuttershofstraat in Antwerp. We are able to open the door with the secret code, which immediately takes care of the check-in. Very handy for people with an unpredictable agenda, just like us. 🙂 After we have dropped off our stuff, we immediately go for a walk. Everything here is located at walking distance from the suites, so up to you to do some shopping at the Meir or in the fancy Schuttershofstraat, sit on a terrace at the Theaterplein or visit tourist attractions near the Grote Markt. As we are living in Antwerp ourselves and being real foodies, we go (of course) for option two and settle on a terrace nearby. Just perfect!

Unique, contemporary and comfortable

Who does not dream of staying in a real suite? Typical of this type of space is openness, which creates a unity between the bedroom, the bathroom and the living area, creating a kind of magic. If you weren’t here to discover the city of Antwerp, you would probably just want to stay in the Raphael Suites apartment all day. Which is of course also possible. ?

Via the authentic staircase, covered with soft materials, you enter the apartment. You can enjoy a nice cup of Illy coffee in the morning at the elegant dining table or in the classic armchair.

In the separate bedroom, you will enjoy a good night’s sleep with all the comfort you need. Although the apartment is located in the middle of the city center, it is very quiet. So as soon as we doze off, we can just sleep without being disturbed until the alarm clock wakes us up in the morning. We had a great sleep. On the move with four people? No problem at all, as there is another king size box spring – just as big and comfortable – for the rest of the company.

One of the highlights is the bathroom design. It has a spacious shower, a bathtub, and a handy sink with plenty of space for all your things. Marble with black accents and beautiful wooden canned cabinets determine the style. Absolute world-class! The cabinets are so beautifully incorporated that we even have to search for the toilet door, which is also perfectly integrated into the wall. ?

Luxurious facilities

All suites also have a range of facilities to make the guests feel completely at ease. There is, for example, air conditioning and there are fresh towels and cleaning every day of the week. The Etro bath products provide an instant spa feeling. Thanks to the flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, hairdryer and ironing facilities, you can stay at Raphael Suites without having to worry about anything at all.
